本研究旨在探究毛竹入侵对亚热带森林土壤微生物养分限制的影响。随着毛竹林的管理成本增加和市场价格下降,毛竹逐渐侵占邻近阔叶林,这种现象在中国亚热带地区日益严重,但其对土壤微生物养分限制的影响尚不清楚。
研究采用空间代替时间的方法,选取代表毛竹入侵四个阶段的地块,测量植物群落多样性、土壤理化性质以及与碳、氮、磷循环相关的胞外酶活性,以此来评估毛竹入侵对土壤微生物养分限制的影响。
结果表明,毛竹入侵降低了乔木层的多样性,但增加了灌木和草本层的多样性。随着入侵强度的增加,土壤总有机碳、总氮、有效磷和有效钾均显著降低。微生物碳限制增强,而磷限制部分缓解,这些变化与土壤养分含量和植物多样性的变化密切相关。
