本研究旨在探讨白藜芦醇对嗜水气单胞菌生物膜形成和运动能力的影响。嗜水气单胞菌是一种在水生环境中广泛存在的革兰氏阴性菌,可引起鱼类和人类的败血症。寻找替代抗生素的策略至关重要。
采用结晶紫染色、扫描电镜、运动能力测定和RNA-seq等方法,研究亚MIC浓度的白藜芦醇对嗜水气单胞菌NJ-35菌株生物膜形成、结构和运动能力的影响,并通过转录组分析筛选相关基因。
结果表明,白藜芦醇能显著抑制嗜水气单胞菌生物膜的形成,并呈浓度依赖性。运动能力测定显示,白藜芦醇能减弱该菌的游泳和群集运动能力。转录组分析显示,鞭毛、IV型菌毛和趋化性相关基因受到显著抑制。
